The following details are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping and Return Policies.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
As a valued customer, Sunray Books covers all shipping charges for each order! There are no shipping expenses incurred at the time of checkout.
*Please be mindful that delivery delays are uncommon, but can occasionally occur.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Sunray Books ships to addresses within the U.S., and U.S. Territories via USPS.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Return Policy
To be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it: unused and/or undamaged (any further) in any way.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded via PayPal.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
